My hair cannot take any amount of humidity in the air. I live in southern Louisiana, everyday is humid. I need a remedy for my frizz.

Keep in mind that I have black hair, so I don't wash my hair daily. I don't know if the serums and such will work, sense I won't be able to use them daily.

Try applying a hair serum instead of mousse or hairspray. Thats the clear stuff thats kind of syrupy. You only need a dime size amount, rub it on the palm of your hands and work throughout your hair . apply amount when wet, and then do your hair. and then apply a small amount after.

Avon has some great stuff. Go to Avon.com and type in frizzy hair. Most of the Avon products work, seriously!
