My son is 16 yrs old and our neighbor is a divorced woman in her late 30s. I just caught them on the act yesterday, when they weren't expecting me. What should I do?

What you feel is right. You could report it to police because your son is under age ( I am assuming your American) and she is exploiting your son and potentially harming his development psychologically.

Your son is 16, I think he is fully aware of what he is doing so there's no need to blame the 30 year old woman. Just tell him to stop if it bothers you so much. I don't see the big deal.

Depending on the state, she can get in lots of trouble. But talk to your son about it, see why and all that... then go from there.
