Just ask him out, sweetie.. Duh!
Shyness is soo stupid.. I mean.. we are to pursue our own happiness... don't let it slip away.
Believe me.. it's much more tiring to play such a game on how to get him ask you out.. stuffs like that.
Just ask him out.. It's just as simple as it is. Don't complicate things.

Flirt alot. Give him a hint or two. Some how let him know you'll say yes. Chances are he's as shy as you. He might not be asking you out because he might think you'll say no to him.

Be in the same place he is but do not be too pushy or you will scare him away. Make sure you have common interest’s then strike up a conversation about those. Make sure he knows you are available. Do not try to buy his affection. Do not be to open men like to chase.

You must first start by talking to him. Find an excuse to talk to him and then you will feel a little more confident about asking him to a movie or dinner. First you have to make sure he know you exist, smile at him alot.

pass him a note, asking if he wants to eat lunch together or somthing like that.
That way you dont have to look them straight in the eye, which i know is very hard.
He possibly like you too, but just too shy to say anything
