I don't personally know any satanists. However, I do know that satanists (in general) don't worship satan or believe in any deity at all, they simply live their lives according to the things that they feel the biblical satan stands for. So, I kind of view them as immoral atheists who just want to belong to something. And even though I don't believe in a god, I don't feel that you should overindulge in all areas of human pleasure. That's just not logical.
I do, however, have christian friends -- but they are few in number. These christians don't feel the need to force their beliefs on me, can intelligently discuss their faith and know exactly why they believe, and don't feel the need to cut religion open and let it bleed all over politics.

I'm a Theistic Satanist, and I get along well with both. Atheists and I have an analytical mind in common, and Christians never need to know what I practice.
I refuse to keep friends who force Jesus down my throat though.

Yes yes, because we don't believe in god, my goodness, we must want to be in cohoutes with the devil. I have tons of Christian friends and no satanists friends. Probably because Christians are part of society and so are Atheists. Satanists lie on the outside of what is common. I think I have more in common with Chrisistians belifes. I mean, I don't do drugs, have chastity, love my neighbor, don't break any of the ten commandmants except keeping the sabbath day holy. Oh wait, let me see, Christians don't keep the sabbath holy since they worship on Sunday, oh, and many have murdered, I have known lots of pot smoking Christians, my friend who was a preachers daughter was the biggest slut I know, hmmm, maybe I don't have a lot in common with Christians.

They're both just silly religions, right? Why would one be any different than the other? But then again, I haven't had a Satanist tell me I hate God or I'm going to hell or that they will pray for me. BUT Satanism is a lame wannabe religion. So it's a toss up.
Aside from religious conversations, though, I get along just fine with most people.

Never met a satanist. But from what I understand, they are mostly atheists too. I have plenty of christian friends who I get along with just fine.

Who says Christian and Atheists won't be in a position to get alongside? Many Christians paintings in an atheist ecosystem. do no longer tell me they argue all day long at paintings. I truthfully have atheist acquaintances yet I actually do no longer decide them or dis-appreciate them via fact they do no longer look to be Christians. Christians shouldn't decide human beings besides. basically pray for his or her salvation. Christians are probable the main tolerant human beings around. they'd settle for all styles of folk as acquaintances I propose they befriend human beings in detention center, from drug rehab and that they forgive criminals! So what in case you pay attention approximately thoughts of Jesus Christ and how you would be stored. So what if I pay attention thoughts of evolution and God does not exist theories. interior the top, what concerns is which tale you will have self belief.

I've only met two Satanists.
They were really atheists who used the name to mock the religious. They were way too hedonistic for my tastes but they also didn't try to change my thinking. They talked about it only to see if I was like minded.
The net of this was that I wouldn't hang with them either. I did respect their position more. So I guess I "got along" with them better. If they really believed in Satan, I don't think I would but I don't know for sure there are really that many that fit that definition.

Satanists and atheists go together like ham and eggs. Why? Because both of them have rejected God. The only difference is Satanists believe in God but have rebelled against Him. On the other hand, atheists deny both the existence of God and Satan. Although they have differences they can easily work something out. In fact, atheists do not realise that Satan is using them to accomplish his objectives.
Peace and every blessing!

I get along better with satanists because they aren't inhibited like Christians are. And satanists don't try to convert me or guilt me into their religion.
