For most people the real pain is when the storm is not yet here because of the positive ions. The ache later is usually where there has been an injury even if only from not taking as much care over the years.

Coldness energy in your body is excessive. Water is in the same category. Both combine and hurt you.
If possible do RA and ESR test. If RA test is negative and ESR within limits there is no worry. If ESR is high it is RA of negative type and you will have to visit us.
Go with hot drinks and foods, fresh meat, wheat, oils and animal fats. Ban all cold foods and drinks, potato, brinjal, rice and pungent foods.

Same thing happens to me BIG time...when it rains or gets cold..........it's Arthritis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
