Well, I happen to believe in evolution and the big bang theory too.
The poem Voluspa contains a Asatru creation story of the universe in which an empty space called Ginnungigap existed between a land of fire called Muspelheim and a land of ice called Niflheim. Over this Ginnungigap, Muspelheim and Niflheim drew toward each other and collided, creating the universe.
Now put this into scientific terms...For an eternity, our universe lay dormant—a frozen, featureless netherworld. Then, about 15 billion years ago, the cosmos got an abrupt wake-up call. A parallel universe moving along a hidden dimension smacked into ours. The collision heated our universe, creating a sea of quarks, electrons, protons, photons, and other subatomic particles. It also imparted microscopic ripples, like ocean waves crashing on a shore. These ripples generated tiny fluctuations in temperature and density, the seeds from which all cosmic architecture—from stars to gargantuan clusters of galaxies to galactic super clusters—ultimately arose.
It matches the latest theoretical physics about the string theory and it's relative the M-Theory; these parallel universes are called branes.
In my religion life came from life, not dirt, it wasn't created out of nothing. I believe that both the universe itself as well as life on Earth unfolded naturally. After all, unfolding is what the word evolution literally means.

Wicca has no "holy book" as some other religions do -- and no set creation myth.
Many Wiccans believe that science is our best tool for understanding the mystery of where everything came from, and therefore accept the theory of evolution and what physics has to tell us. Some other Wiccans follow the creation myths of past cultures, but I've run into far fewer of those than those who believe the revelations of science are the way to go.

I am a Buddhist, generally, Buddhist does not believe in Creation as in the scripture it is stated everything in the universe will neither increase nor will it decrease, it just transform into another form, hence earth was transformed from another form when the matters are right and when the matters are right again, Earth will be destoryed. There are numerous "worlds" (In our terms, planets) out there with life, just that we are not capable enough to reach there. Same with the universe.
It is very much nearer to the evolution theory with a twist.

I'm a Wiccan, and personally, I believe that Deity created the "soup", "stirred the pot" so to speak, and let things go.
As an engineer, it's absolutely amazing to create something and let it go. To build something that runs autonomously is much more heady than to build something that operates under continuous intervention and control.
I can imagine deity taking pleasure in watching creation unfold on its own rather than having to intervene at every juncture.

animals did evolve ,Humans were cloned and genetically engineered, all subhumans lived at the same time ,not with millions of years between them as happens in evolution
It says the an Anunaki created humanity as slaves to mine gold for them .the neanderthaler and the rest were mistrials of their cloning and genetic engineering using Nordic stock
the story of Adam and Eve was a symbolic story that dramatised and beautified this creation ,to give the slaves something to follow instead of fight
the reptilian brain in our heads is a souvenir of Anunaki genetics
Enki the good Anunaki that wanted humans to be free was depicted as the bad snake on the tree
so in short , humanity on this planet was seeded from space ,the Anunaki and the Nordics(who came from Mars before its cosmic collision)were exstraterestrials

I have no religious book that I follow, but it is my belief that Evolution is God's Creation, and it's still in progress.
God is nature and everything in it.
