No, not all Christians, but many Christians fail to beleive in the Devil too.
If it was written in the bible, then it is still generally relavent for today, particulary if it was in the New Testament..
So the question is, where there demonic afflictions in the New Testament?? yes.
So why would it be any different today?,, if so, its most likely worse than the days of the New Testament.
So does that make me a bit "Nutty"...?
I would rather follow the seemingly foolish values of the Bible, than the nonsence "nutty" values of our world today.

Demons are about as common as insects, and very few are free from their influence. Some operate without, some operate within. Most people have demons for friends - they dialogue with them all day long. They are not truly possessed; just infiltrated.
Most people are so in league with demons, that they cannot distinguish them from their own personality.
Only the truth, and the name of Jesus, can make you free.

Did you happen to read the stories about Jesus casting out the Demons into the herd of swine and then they ran off the cliff. Do you not believe in the Devil??? And YES EVEN Christians can be demon possessed.

Nope... not all, sure some do, but most accept medical science, and attribute it to mental illness, unless there are aspects which medical science cant answer, then we go back to the primitive methods, of explaining that which science cant, with a higher being in control of everything on this Earth.

I'm a christian and im 13. However i don't believe that people necessairly become possesed but caught between both worlds . them being supernatural and non-supernatural. So i wouldn't say they're demons saying as they're bound in hell for all of eternity, but bad spirts .

I find it interesting that I've never heard of a nonbeliever being possessed...it's always the people who believe in that sort of thing...

It is possible to become possessed by spirits, but probably not all that frequent.
Is it nutty to believe in God? If not, is it nutty to believe in the existence of spirits?
If not, is it nutty to believe some of those spirits could be evil?
Your choice. If you decide anything you are not convinced of is nutty, that can be pretty limitting.

The bible clearly tells us people can become possessed by demons. This is also widely known as the leading cause of sickness. Many famous theologians have also stated that demon possession is common.

NOO way, look just cause some christians are fanatics doesn't mean that we all are, i think you shouldn't judge everyone just because some believe this kind of stuff
