i hate to endorse an infomercial but proactiv really worked for me, and after three weeks of using it as directed. pimples formed less frequently as each week passed. i've been using it for about five years now and get complimented on my complexion regularly... it's a bit pricey, but very well worth it. i've spent a few grand over the years trying to find acne products that would work for my skin (clinique, ddf, murad, nv perricone, etc)... i should've put that money in the bank and spared myself the heartache of developing acne all over again. personal opinion: skip the dermatologist and go straight for the proactiv 'cause it truly works. you'll see.

Yes it really does. I use it, I used to have really bad acne, all over. Now I just use it to maintain and keep my skin looking healthy. I got my younger sister using just two weeks ago and we can see the results already. I don't know where you are from, but here in Australia we get a three month trial period, wherein if after using the product for two months solid, even if you have used the lot and there is no difference, you get a full refund. I personally, have never come across anything so good. It really works. It sounds like a lot to start up, but if you buy it in a kit it costs about $110.00 and lasts six months

Tried Proactive and Acne Free (Acne Free is a brand you will find at walmart/walgreens). I've never had severe acne, just a little here and there, but Acne Free was just as good, less expensive (about $17?) and I didn't to sign up for a monthly membership or anything.

Try Celladerm Acne Treatment Solution. It has salicylic acid, which is known for fighting acne, and it leaves your skin with a nice clean healthy glow!

Products like Proactive destroy your skin and clothing.

it works for me but then again it depends on your skin. it might or might not work for you. give it about 3 weeks to see some good results.
