That question should really be, "When should I tell her," because it seems that there is always somebody walking with her. I really don't want to ask her out when she has somebody with her. So, how do I tell her that I like her? By the way, I'm a freshman in high school.

If she's with someone just stop her and say "Hey can I talk to you for a moment?" and then tow her a little bit away and then ask her.
