Since you are a college student you can get a student credit card which would be perfect in your situation; these days Student Credit Cards have gotten quiet popular and many issuers are now offering incentives like rewards programs and such...Also, many now offer No Annual Fee... I personally recommend this site for Student Credit Cards - http://getcredit365.com/cards/student.php

If you are still interested in a different No Annual Fee card then you can go with a Credit Card off of http://getcredit365.com/cards/good.php - Many of these cards offer No Annual Fee as well as prime APRs and %0 on Balance Transfers

Well I would limit yourself to only two cards and both should have the same amount of credit do not get anything over $2500 and the card with the least to no amount of activity once a month charge say $5 on it and pay it on time and that keeps your credit in good standing. Get a student card and stick to those because if you pay your bills on time and not default you will have good credit.
