NOPE! law is you have to be 16 years old.. even if you are 16 or 17 years and 11 months old they will nnot tattoo you! you will need to be 18 years old for most places. plenty of time to think abotu this tattoo. they are for life! but the laws are strict and most places wont tattoo you until you are 18 years old. if you do find a place that will do it for you when you are 16 years olf with parental consent... watch out.. they could be sketchy. do your homeowrk and research and ask people "word of mouth" is the best way to find where you want to get yoru tattoo at....

It depends on what state you live in. Some will allow you to get a tattoo with parental consent, but most states you have to be 18.

No you can not in almost every state that I no of that allows minors to get a tattoo with parental consent it is at age 16 same age as getting your full legal liscense.
