I am in college and doing some community service work at a kindergarten school. I watch over the ages 2-4 years old and i constantly see the teachers hitting the children in the forehead, knocking them in their back. I can tIruly say no one has ever hit me that hard that you could stay a yard away and hear a teacher knocking a child in their backs like a drum. i sometimes am sick to go there because of all the abuse. I saw this 2year old child that they were forcing to eat her lunch that she vomited. Iam so tempted to slap the teacher across her face but i have to remember what i was there for. I try my best to treat them with love. Should i wait until i leave in a couple of weeks or say something now and be on bad terms with all the evil teachers. Today a lady from the Ministry of Education gave them a surprise visit that i was so shocked to see how they spoke properly to the children, but as they lady left, they transformed... What to do?

You need to start keeping a log of everything that you see, dates and what happened, then call CPS, the police and the state agency that gives them the license. You might want to contact the parent also, they need to know. Can you take some video with your phone without being noticed? That makes me sick! If it's as bad as you say I would keep talking until somebody listened, contact the media if need be.

They only acted the way do when the Mistress of Educations came because they know what they were doing was wrong and didn't want to get in trouble. At 2-4 years kids should only get dessert taken away or get a time out. Sometimes when kids are like six they should get spanked or slapped on the wrist for touching something there not suppose to, but now that young. These are little children who are still toddlers. Most of them can barely communicate properly. It's up to you to be their voice. These people shouldn't be teachers. Let's see how these teachers would react if placed in a high school in New York? Than they wouldn't be so tough.

Call Child Protective Services right away!! RIGHT NOW!! You can make an anonymous report, tell them all you saw, everything!!! Also, when you leave, take several of the parents aside and tell them! That way their children are not exposed to anymore of this violence while the CPS investigation is ongoing (could take awhile). Beyond that, make sure you contact the Ministry of Education, ask to speak to the woman who dropped by, and tell her all you've seen. Worst case scenario is NOT that you'll be on bad terms with all the evil teachers, worst case scenario is that a child will die due to the abuse that you knew was going on and did nothing to stop!! Please, for the sake of these children, DO SOMETHING!!!

I would go to the lady from the Ministry of Education first and then I would contact the Children's Services Division. You probably will have to leave, but you can at least do it knowing that you did the right thing. How would you feel if it was your child and no one spoke up?

Immediately, do not pass go, immediately report these actions to the Ministry of Education. Children can't protect themselves so it's up to everyone to do it for them. Trust me on this you will have alot of grateful parents backing you up! They are probably wondering why their children dread going to school.
If I saw someone hitting a child of mine like you witnessed. It would be all I could do, from keeping from beating the person myself!
Sounds like the teachers there need to find other employment, cause they sure as hell don't need to be around children!!
Children learn by example, remember that.

This is abuse! The children do not deserve that. You should talk to someone immediately! Maybe you would be on bad terms with the teachers but think of the children. They need you now more than ever.

It is most definitely abuse going on at that school. You need to tell authorities right away. The children's safety is a great deal more important than your community service... sounds like the best thing you could do for the community is tell them what is going on.

I would report the evil teachers, let the authorities get hold of them and deal with them. The should be locked away for hurting little kids!! RING THE POLICE NOW!!!!

definitly do call someone you can remain annominous keep a written document on the day an time also keep a log of marks and bruises and child so you have back up that way they cant turn it around on you and say you were doing it remember how youd feel mif this was your child or sibling best of luck
