Funny is'nt it. I have seen them spin around
as many a 5 or 6 times before lying down.

My dog spins around 3 times on her bed, but on the floor, she just lays down without spinning.

I don't know. Next time you see a dog doing a spin to lay down count the number of spins and then you will have your answer.

i don't think he spins before laying down. he spins before crapping, though. depends on the dog. i have a mini dach, and he likes burrowing in the blanket, no spinning invoved.
