can I give him a bath..

edit: (more details) he was neutered 2 weeks ago, dissolvable sutures were used on him.. *i think they are gone), & right now he looks normal (there) but there are pink blister-looking spots on his area...

thanks :)

As long as the incision is completely closed and there are no sutures a bath should be safe now.

Depending on whether or not the veterinarian used absorbable or non-absorbable sutures, or used skin glue.....

With sutures that need to be removed, you usually need to wait till the sutures are removed. With skin glue, usually 10 days.

I would wait about 3 weeks. When I got my dog neutered I had to bring him back 2 weeks later to get his stitches removed. He was healed but I wanted to make sure he wasn't sore so I waited about another week after his stitches were removed. Ask your vet what they would recommend.

Neutered is just a nice why of saying that you castrated your dog. Why don't people just say what a thing is.

I'd give him a couple of weeks before you give give him a bath.
