Ok I'm really big on it doesnt have to come from the store to give someone a gift, So make him a heart, decorate it, and simply put would ou be my valentine, it's too soon for love, and i know how it was when i was in 7th gr. u could also give him a small box of those candie hearts....Just something simple you have only been going out for what a week.....Good luck let me know if it works..Joy in Mich

Get him something cute and valentines dayish. Maybe you can get him like some chocolate and a cute card and it would be really cute if you made him a big heart shaped card that said will you be my valentine? in it. My bf would love that

since you just started going out..do something simple...buy him a box of choclates and something small ..or you can take him out for dinner..keep it simple though..you dont want to move to fast
