I recently did a centerpiece for my friends reception that had tall vases filled with curlling willow branches and peackock feathers, I then hun votive candles from ribbon that was tied to the willow branches. Turned our very elegant and sinc ethe feathers are the pricest part of the arrangment using a filler like the branches cut down on cost. We did 11 centerpices for about $200.

You can do something similar with ostrich feathers and maybe birch branches which have a white bark to them, possibly drape some fake crystal beading from them....

Try www.fabulousfeathers.net. I'm using pink and white ostrich plumes in my bridal bouquet and that of my maid of honor as well as in my floral arrangements. 4-6 ostrich plumes work in a bouquet, but you'll need 10-12 for a large centerpiece. I used floral tape in my bouquets and covered that with ribbon wrapped around the stems. I used foam wedges inside my vases and hid these with colored rocks. It looks lovely.

i'm not sure what look you're going for, but JoAnn fabrics has lots of feather, and bases for them, like little fans! or you could make littel bouquets of flowers and tuck the feathers in them... that'd be pretty too.
