for some reason i cant sleep for more than 2-4 hours per night!!
its driving me crazy! i get tired around 11 and fall asleep around 11:30 and for some reason i keep waking up at around 2 or 3 am and cant get back to sleep...T.T what is wrong with me?

Try a doctors visit. They can prescribe you something to help you stay asleep.

why ,this is an asset now you can do much more
it is a fallecy that we need a certain amount of hours sleep .everybody is different and a lot depends on how tired you get during the day ,
only popular Habit gives people neurosis about not sleeping enough hours
i sleep avarage 4 hours a night
my dad did 3

be happy and get a hobby or educate you self with the spare time that has been awarded to you .
and dont be ungratefull for this precious gift

only growing kids need many hours ,but the older you get the less you need ,better accept it instead of going crazy

Insomniac? Take some nyquil; that stuff has me sleeping like a baby every time. But yeah, I'd suggest getting to bed earlier. It might have to do with sleep cycles or something. If all else fails, no worries, you will soon go insane from sleep deprivation and have a legit reason to see a doc. /Pax

If you take long naps during the day that is the problem, try not falling asleep during the day, then get a good night of sleep at night.

Try going to bed at 7 and catching the 7 o'clock bus and u may be able to sleep thru the whole night. if it works for the kids it can work for us.

Nothing is wrong with you. Take a glass of orange juice. Do eye exercises. Close eyes, look up 3 times. Should knock you right out.

1) try drinking chamomile tea or warm milk and relaxing...dont stress, you will go to sleep eventually.
