wormwood - is a bitter herb that will kill worms
The flowers, dried and powdered, are most effectual as a vermifuge, and used to be considered excellent in agues. The essential oil of the herb is used as a worm-expeller, the spirituous extract being preferable to that distilled in water. The leaves give out nearly the whole of their smell and taste both to spirit and water, but the cold water infusions are the least offensive.

Intestinal worms?
This is a fact. Eat chili peppers. No you don't have to burn yourself out, just include them in your food.
When I lived in the tropics, my baby boy would play outside, mostly in his diaper. He would get worms all the time. Finally the doctor told us after 3 bouts of sterilizing everything in our house and everyone taking medication that was very expensive. To feed him a little chili in his food. We were already accustomed to eating peppers, but thought it would be too much for the kid.
Anyhow, we started adding it little by little and increasing it to our level. No more worms! Ever! That was 25 years ago, and we still eat peppers.
A bit of advice. Jalapenos will burn you twice and you will pray for ice cream when doing a number 2! Eat serrano peppers. You get the flavor, a little heat, and, well you know!
If the worms are inside the organs, then you need to see a doctor ASAP! The longer you wait, the worst it gets!!!
