A hematologist
I am a nurse.
All blood cells are formed in the bone marrow and a hematologist can diagnose bone marrow problems.

What kind of bone marrow problem, that is not cancerous???

The first person I would suggest is an Orthopedist, they hand bone issuse where an Oncologist would handle cancer issues.
