Baking with grapes.?

Question

Has anyone ever baked with grapes? I feel like that is one fruit you never see in baked goods. Well anyway, I have a HUGE bag of green seedless grapes in my fridge that I don't want to go to waste..does anyone know any grape recipes? Grape muffins???...let me know your suggestions! Thanks

That would not work. I would freeze them and eat them that way, it's like dessert. When you bake them all the water would come out and they would be shriveled and gross. Probably really bitter, too.

I haven't heard of any. But when my (Chinese) mother-in-law was here, she was convinced my blueberry pie was really a grape pie...

Serve grapes with wine and cheese for appetizers or snacks for adults, make a fruit salad, maybe even make some wine! Look on the Internet. Maybe you can make grape jelly with white grapes. I don't see why not. Look on Foodtv.com or Recipezaar.

well i heard one idea from this lady. freezing grapes. she likes frozen grapes. you can also mash frozen grapes and make a grape slushi. grapes arent made to be baked though lol. well I guess you could try to make a grape pie? lol

I only bake w/ dried grapes..... there's a reason for that.
