you dont need to lose weight,just tone up your belly a bit,do situps,crunches,leg raises,twisting situps,weighed situps.

well u didnt say how old u were b/c that makes a big difference. if ur like 11 or 12 ur at a perfect weight but if ur like 15 or 16 u need to gain weight. i think the reason u mite weigh so little is b/c u have no muscle. like for example before i started swim and stuff i was only like 97 and now im about 102 but im thinner. so i think what u mite want to do (b/c u dontneed to lose weigth u most likely need to gain some) is start working out, like swiming or crunchs or weights b/c you'll gain some weight but you will be thinner because you're toning down. trust me a toned athletic body will look way better than a skeleton like body, and even though your weight as a number will probably look better than it wiill once u build muscle, u wont even care b/c u will look so much better.

No u should not lose anymore weight. 88 pounds at 5 3" is not healthy. you need to put on some weight. Eat healthy and exercise and your body will look great. . Dont lose anymore weight!!!

I agree with those who have said you are underweight; you need to be very careful and possibly seek some help from your doctor, especially if you are a young person/teen. Have you ever noticed how the starving children in the TV commercials have distended or swollen stomachs?

you're already underweight, losing more weight would only make it worse. doing a lot of sit ups will help.
