You should not use grease. Grease will do the complete opposite of help you hair grow. It will clog up the pores on your scalp and prevent your hair from growing. If you need moisture, depnding on you hair type, you can use a small bottle and fill it with water. If you spritz it lightly it should give you some moisture. Or you can do your research on essential oils and carrier oils. I think those are better. If you choose to do that I can direct you to some help.

No hair grease helps to grow your hair, petroleum and mineral oil based products clog pores and can lead to thinning hair. I haven't used hair grease in years, don't miss it at all, my hair is almost mid back length after cutting it shorter than 2 in long about a year ago. I take vitamins specifically for hair growth and biotin and vitamin c and e. I use a water based oil lotion and hair oils on my hair when its wet. I wash it 2x a week and condition it every night. You have to fight off breakage by keeping your hair moisturized and adding strength. I use protein reconstructors once a week and a deep conditioner afterward, too many protein products can make the hair brittle so a good deep conditioning keeps it from doing so. I spray a leave in conditioner on my hair every night and put a fitted satin cap on my hair before I go to sleep at night and under hats because cotton can dry out hair. I never wear my hair out in cold weather nor in any extreme weather to keep it from splitting and breaking. I do not use heat on my hair at all, no flat irons or blow driers, heat can seriously damage hair, I straighten my hair by wrapping it. Rosemary oil has been proven to stimulate growth. I use it every once in awhile mixed with olive, almond, or jojoba oil I don't immediately wash it out, I leave in for a day or two.... It actually works.

Almond oil and coconut oil work very well. You can put this in your hair every night and wrap you hair in a towel or something and then wash it out the next day. It makes hair shine, makes it grow longer and thicker and just keeps your scalp moisterized too. There is no need to apply to ALL of your hair, scalp and roots are the important parts. You can go into any Indian store (or other ethnic asian store) and purchase hair oil.

There is no method or action you can take to get your hair to grow faster. Diet will impact the quality of your hair, notgrowth rate, assuming you are eating a reasonable diet.

In order for your hair to grow it has to be healthy. You need to do deep conditioning treatments. Only grease your scalp when it is dry.

There is no *Magic Hair Growth Oil*.. but I have heard that, for some, massaging Castor Oil, Jojoba Oil, or similiar will help grow and thicken hair. You could give it a shot and and see if it works for you!

grease clogs the hair follicles making your hair grow SLOWER. so you should try taking a multivitamin, eating healthy, and drinking lots of water. and if you're african-american, you could get a protective style (cornrows, kinky twists, microbraids) but make sure they're not too tight and get them redone when they start to look bad.
