Been there done that for 5+ years. It works this way: you feel a little nausea twitch. Then your body releases adrenalin, which causes more nausea, which releases more adrenalin. Docs did everything..some $50K worth of invasive tests, only to find nothing. They said I also had IBS. (Translation:"We don't know what's wrong with your gut.") Put me on paxil and reglan (antidepressant,anti-nausea)
I'll spare you the rest of this two-day story. What finally worked was a plain old tranquilizer (Klonopin). Now I take nothing.
Make sure you don't have real stomach problems. If you don't then you must learn to prevent the nausea from upsetting you. That's where the trank came in for me...It broke the circle. Best wishes.

all people is typically at a loss for words about what's meant by potential of "suffering". Banging your thumb with a hammer isn't suffering, it really is discomfort. starving or being bodily ill is discomfort. if you're wealthy yet fearful of dropping you money because you're connected to the conception of having a tremendous variety of money, then it is a variety of suffering. if you're ill and connected to the conception of being healthful, this too is suffering. this is the attachment, the choose for a element that causes suffering. this is about wishing that reality change into something different than it really is. It does no longer mean blissfully ignoring your issues, both. It basically potential accepting reality totally. this isn't any longer pessimistic in any respect--in reality, it really is positive, because it holds that any you may want to hit upon a thanks to allow pass of their attachments to issues, and subsequently their suffering.
