I guess they're supposed to have less tar or something, but it's really insignificant in terms of your health. It's an advertising trick. Ultra Lights are just as harmful to you as anything else. Quit now while you still have a chance.

It means you are a sucker. Smokers suck! Quit right now and save your life.

(Sorry for the sarcasm. It means virutally nothing. It gives someone the impression that the cigarette is less bad for you. But to ingest poison versus poison light versus poison ultralight still means you're ingesting poison. I challenge you to give it up right now before it's too late! In Canada, they have made the labels "light" and "ultralight" illegal because they appear to make these cigarettes somehow less bad for you. If you're still not convinced to quit, go to YouTube and type in stop smoking -- you will be shocked.)

it means it is a lighter tobacco and ultra is even lighter
