I love this chinese dish and I love crock pot cooking.

Chinese dishes like this are quick-cooked for a reason. It only takes a little while to make. In a crock pot the vegies will overcook. What you need is just a recipe for chicken stew.

I never heard of it made in the crock pot. It's a stir-fry dish.
