No. The only thing that will make it grow faster is if you shave you're entire head. It will grow back super long and stronger and better looking than ever.

I do not consider it's particularly viable to make your hair develop quicker, however you would make it develop more fit. I have lengthy hair, and at a exact factor, it begins getting dangerous. Of direction, trims are crucial to hold your hair healthful, however ensure that you just don't seem to be trimming your hair greater than it grows. You can continuously ask your stylist to simply trim probably the most minimum quantity whilst you cross in. For me, that is regularly simply part an inch. I additionally not often type my hair utilising a blow dryer or warmness. The extra you utilize the blow dryer and warmness together with your hair, the extra commonly you must get trims, and the slower it is going to take to your hair to develop. I additionally wash my hair within the early night so it has time to dry at night time earlier than I must be anyplace. I wash my hair each and every different day, in view that washing too commonly will dry hair out. For the times I do not wash my hair, I simply clip it up within the bathe. Some new matters that I am making an attempt: Combing my rainy hair with a decide upon as a substitute of a broom in view that hair is extra fragile while it's rainy and the comb breaks hair less complicated. Good good fortune!

Brushing your hair upside down will only decrease the amount of damage done with the brush to the surface of your hair and increase the scalp oil disbursement into the hair. It will NOT cause the hair to grow nor will trimming the ends or shaving your head. A healthy diet and vitamins help to make the hair grow.

That is a myth, but there is great advice you can get from www.longhaircommunity.com . They have a wonderful wealth of knowledge about growing and maintaining healthy long hair.

(My hair is 47 inches long.)

A few suggestions...

Get a wide tooth comb that has no seams or sharp/rough parts. If you want to still brush, do so after you have detangled your hair with the comb or your fingers and use a boar bristle brush. Always comb/brush gently. If your hair is very curly, I would suggest staying away from brushes all together. If your hair gets very tangled, only comb your hair in the shower after you have put conditioner on it.. the conditioner will give slip to the tangles and you can get them out without breaking the hairs. Just be gentle!

Another key in growing long hair is to protect it. If you wear your hair down there is a greater chance for it to get caught or tangled in things. Finding simple updo's are a great way to keep your hair protected. There are many different buns and braids that are very easy to learn and they can be worn every day.

Heat styling your hair is very damaging to hair. When constantly using heat to manipulate your hair (blow drying [blow FRYing to some.. lol], curling, flat ironing, etc), the water in your hair strands gets boiled away leaving your hair brittle and crunchy. There are a lot of hair safe ways to achieve different style.

Many people use different oils to massage their scalps to stimulate growth. Some also take vitamins to increase growth. There is not a *Magic Product* though, long hair takes care and patience.. but it is very worth it!

This is just the tip of the hair care iceberg! Visit the site I listed above for wonderful information and great, supportive people that will help you on your long hair journey!

No that is just a myth. all that does is release oils from your scalp! the only way to make you hair grow faster is if you trim it every 4-6 weeks and keep the ends healthy!!
