My friends son has been busted for stealing a car and has done alot of drugs and some really bad stuff. He got arrested and in the sherrif office he asks for his counsleor he's been seeing. The lady sees him and they come out and she says well non of this is his fault, he's said he was raped by his cousin(who is now 24) when he was 10 and all this bad behaviour is his way of acting out from that trauma. So the cousin says no way I never touched him and so I was wondering is there some physical test to prove if the boy was actually sodomized? Kid has no rules at home & been a troublemaker & out of control since a small boy. I had a friend in highschool who lied about her step dad fondling her and he went to prison for it and she didn't tell the truth till he had been in there for over 3 years. He had made lots of rules and she lied to get him out of mom/her life. Anyone know of test?

like the prior poster said, a medical test could reveal any scarring or tissue damage. however, unless the act occurred very recently the test will not be able to prove who committed the assault. the older cousin could take a lie detector test, but these aren't admissible in court proceedings. it will likely be a difficult case to prove

A medical exam should reveal any old injury or scarring from such an act.

The 24 year old cousin could also volunteer for a polygraph to clear himself.

Nice friends you got. . .
