People use the argument that life is so complex it must have been created by some sort of designer (God). Shouldn't the same logic apply, say when asking what created God. I am starting to think that logic doesn't explain/support God's existence.

In the prime mover argument (the one that states that God was the original source of all events), it actually works, because the idea that everything needs a source is something that defines this universe, not the things outside it. If God is outside the universe, He doesn't necessarily need a source, because the same rules might not apply (we can't say that they DON'T apply, because we haven't been outside the universe and observed what takes place).

First, I must stress that God is not manmade. Just imagine the time earlier than the Big Bang. What would it be like?

Second, God is the Creator of All. It could be that He has no begnining or an end. No source. You could also say that since He's the Creator, might it be that He created Himself?

Like the people who answered this question before me, they say God created Time and Space, so if He created Time, it means that the law of time doesn't apply on Him.

God exist outside of time where there is no beginning or end, therefore God has no beginning or end/he isn't created. The universe exist within time where there is a beginning and an end making the universe must have some to create it. Only God can create it since he exist outside of time.

Look at our universe as the chalkboard that has a beginning, but keeps getting larger every moment. Think of God as outside of the chalkboard and he can see everything all out once, and can go in every direction infinetly.
You see our universe had a beginning, because you cannot go back infinetly. It would have taken an infinite amount of time to reach this point. However once the universe begins, and can keep moving forward forever. This is the same for humans, who were created. This can not be said for God because he dwells outside of our universe in which he can be in atleast two dimension of time. Therefore he can see everything all at once, and is infinite in nature.

U already probably read it.. 1st line. 1st page in the bible..." In the begining was God" thats it... there was no begining before him. Youre thinking like a human trying to rationalize the supernatural...which is impossible. Thats Faith. Understanding the truth and knowing ur place...
Even Scientist got a funny explanation of the begining.. Talking bout Gases and explosions.. Well, where did the gases and explosions come from? who created that? How did that stuff start? U gon have to believe in something, because fact is, you got here somehow......

God created everything including time, therefore God didn't require a "beginning" unlike his creation. God exists beyond time, God always was, is, and will be. For example, God exists in a "circular" unconditional reality, meaning that God has no beginning or end.

It doesn't you are correct. Man created God within his mind. Such an illogical concept could only be conjured up by human imagination.

I'm sure God was never "enslaved" to a non-existent state. It would totally contradict his claims of being "from everlasting". It would also contradict his claims of being the "first". And since God cannot lie, then the hidden mysteries of his eternal past are just that -- mysteries.

this gets asked 50 times a day here.
get a pencil and jot this down:
God is Spirit, not human.
God was not created.
God always was.
God always will be.
That is a difficult concept for the human mind to grasp because humans are finite; they have a beginning and an end and tend to think all beings must be like them.
not so.

Always was...always will be...that's why He's God.

Man will never find (or understand) God by using finite logic....the bible says that very clearly ...so it shouldn't be such a surprise....

You must use God's method ....which is also given in Scripture.
