I provided you with a recipe for your dish just sub your ingredients with the ones provided.

LINGUINE ALLA CARBONARA

1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
3 large eggs
3/4 cup whipping cream
12 ounces linguine
6 bacon slices, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3/4 to 1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
3/4 cup dry vermouth or white wine

Whisk 3/4 cup cheese, eggs and cream in medium bowl to blend; set aside.
Cook linguine in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid. Return pasta to same pot.

Meanwhile, sauté bacon in heavy large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Add onion, garlic and crushed red pepper. Sauté until onion is translucent, about 8 minutes. Add vermouth. Simmer until most of vermouth has evaporated, about 8 minutes.

Add onion mixture and egg mixture to pasta. Toss over low heat until egg mixture thickens and coats pasta, adding reserved cooking liquid by tablespoonfuls if sauce is too thick, about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer pasta to large bowl. Pass remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan separately.

Carbonara doesn't have tuna in it!

Carbonara Sauce

Ingredients

(4 servings)

4 oz Salt pork or smoked bacon
1/3 c Freshly grated Parmesan chee
4 Eggs
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt

Instructions

(1) Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the salt pork cut in small pieces, and cook until golden brown. (2) Beat the eggs just enough to mix the yolks and whites well. (You may also use just the yolks alone.) (3) Add the grated cheese, a pinch of salt, and pepper, ) and continue stirring. Add a few tablespoons cream, if you want to, to reach desired consistency. After the pasta is boiled and drained, pour it into a large bowl. (4) Add the salt pork and the beaten eggs and cheese and mix everything together very quickly. Serve immediately. This sauce is especially good with spaghetti or bucatini.

I think for it to be real Carbonara pasta, it has to have bacon or pancetta in it. And since I have no idea what A/P cream or Tuna Flakes (gag!) are, I'll suggest you wait until you get some bacon.
