Line rental?

If i get incomming calls only do i still pay line rental?

In most cases, yes. The only exception I can think of is with an Inmarsat Mini-M satellite phone, but then the person ringing you gets charged £5/minute! The good news is that if you do only receive incoming calls, you can probably get away with getting the cheapest tariff line rental available.
