I ask this b/c I'm running accross many people saying different things from atheist claiming there is no God to Christians claiming that god goes to sleep LOL. I just wanted to know WHEN did god come past the point of dwelling in our hearts to the biggest misconception people have every known of a tyrant who rules the skies w/ his rein of terror? I mean doesn't the Bible say Heaven is within us? Or is everyone picking a fight without knowing all the facts? I see Christians poking at atheist and vice versa. Isn't it time this stopped? The Bible and says that god will send help by people who have gone through a similar situation, so if you havn't been through that then who are you to condemn these people that goes to christians and atheist

God is not a theory. He is not a figment of the imagination.
He is a Living Being, and the Author and Creator of Life.
He is the One who disclosed Himself through human history as the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. When He revealed Himself to Moses, He said this would be His name forever (Exodus 3:15)
In His ultimate revelation to mankind He revealed Himself in the person of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ brought revelation of things previously unknown to mankind. He revealed that there is an eternal judgment awaiting all men, and that all were in danger of eternal damnation; but through the intercession of Christ and His death on the cross, men could be saved - by grace - through faith.
This is the truth. If you believe, and act on the truth, you will be saved. If you do not, you will perish. This is God's testimony - not mine.

GOD ... yea that would be mans great need for some piece of hope or better yet a great mental disorder that often causes dillousions , multiple personalites , hysteria , non sense .... yea it fits all the basic concepts of what a real mental disoreder is ...
The fact is that there is NO proof that there is any such thing but if people did not have something to believe in or something to say that we are in all way bad than how would we ever be good or simply LIVE cause then we would be with out reason so this in essence gives us some greater purpose ....

Obviously u have a lot on ur plate .... Now God set up a system.. With Jesus ---disciples---prophets---etc.. and at the end there are saints.. thats where I come in.. And the preacher(prophets) job is to put the love of God and faith into our hearts.. "How can u hear without a preacher?" So, to answer me that is steppin on his toes, I can't answer it.. I can defend the Cross up until a point and now I must stop.. Ur question resides for a true Man of God.. And there are fake ones... so be careful who u ask... Sorry I gave u a dead end,, Or did I just bust a hole through that wall leading to a road? Ur choice...

GOD is the all-knowing, omnipotent creater of all existance. The ONE true GOD never changes, has no beginning, nor end. HE was and always will BE. Creater of life and death. Cause and effect. Consequences for existance of all HIS creations. GOD is all-loving, all-mercifull, all-forgiving, most courteous, most kind, and not what most conjecture. HE is the creater of the created. And that is everything known and not knwon.
A man once told me that GOD is just a word. But I beg to differ. It is a sound that can put a believers heart at rest. It is a song that plays in the hearts and minds of many. It is the taste of your own tears. The taste of your own fears. The love for the unkown. The love for the known. The very conscience of a person that makes them who they are. The sovereign whom dwells with the sovereign. To return to the sovereign to be sovereign. MALIK.

God for many people is not God at all, but a belief system that goes unquestioned. What if God were defined as ever-changing? Undefinable? Ever-expanding? God is what you experience in a moment of sublimity. God is unique to each person and directs you to live your highest destiny. God kills and God creates. God is everything conceived and everything yet to be conceived. God is your true nature beyond all conceptions of yourself, society, people, the past, the future. God is who you are beyond all fear and all belief.
Ever wonder why Jesus is white, Mohammed is brown and Buddha is Asian? These cultural figures help us relate to God. The real Jesus, Mohammed, and Buddha are different than our ideas about them. If everyone tries to agree on who these people are and what their message is, then we will have an argument. God is alive here and now. However you find him/her is up to you, but don't try to tell people that your God is the real God because that only shows that you don't believe in God.

God is Love, God is Holy, God is Life, God is Light, God is Good.
God is All powerful, God is All knowing, God is everywhere, God is immortal, God is Eternal,
God knows the end from the beginning, He is never taken by suprise. God Lives in unapproachable light. God doe not need anyone to define Him for no one can totally and completely know God, except the Spirit of God, and the Only Begotten Son who is one and of the same characteristic, and substance of the Father and the Spirit.
God sent His Son into the world, to save the world through Him, and that through Him all men may know that God truly did send Him, by living in Him and through His Spirit would identify how great a salvation God has provided us in the Name of His Son Jesus Christ!

The bible tells us that God is an eternal spirit BEING (not an "energy" or consciousness" as new agers say") Jesus Christ is the perfect image of God the father. Heaven is wherever GOd is, so is you have the holy spirit within you, then the kingdom of Heaven is within you.

The Bible says that God is love. The reason that God is love is because God is triune - three persons giving of themselves completely to the other. To give yourself completely to another is what love is. Therefore, God is the source of all love. He gives us his love through grace, which we in turn are supposed to give to our neighbor. This is one way in which we are created in his image and likeness. We have the ability to give ourselves in love - no other creature has that ability.

The whole reason God sent Jesus to earth was because He wanted man to know who He was....
Jesus said:" If you have seen me you have seen the Father".
I suggest you get to know Jesus....the best way is to read all about him in the Bible....
then invite him into your life....I guarantee he WILL show up!
