No, its like stealing. U need to contact child support enforcement agency and let them handle it legally.
They can take care of the problem and will stick his fanny in jail if he dont pay up.
However, u can talk to him about what he owes and tell him in return, u will take the credit card and charge a particular amount out and write him a receipt so he has prooof he paid u something. lol
Dont let him get by with no paying. U didnt make them babies by yourself, u shouldnt have to support them alone either.
He needs to step up and be a man.
Good luck.

No way, that only digs your hole deeper. If there has been a paternity you could force child support but that give the father legal leverage for custody battles and visitation. Upping the child support probably wont help. My dad couldn't afford child support on my brother so his mom upped in and now dad can't pay his rent. Plus we never see my brother b/c his mom lives in another state. I've seen my lil bro about 3 times in my life I'm 23 and he's 13 or 14 now. Please just make like as easy as possible for your kids... think about this in a long term aspect.

Who knows what the total could be? I would love to say yes, but
am not sure it's legal, like do you suppose he left it there for any
emergency's? It maybe maxed to limit. But if I were you I would
I'd call politely say you're strapped for cash, can I use it? Those
chances r 1 in a million, you may have just found it, but I'm sure
he delt with it long ago. However, I don't know if r in Canada but my older sister had a "Deadbeat Dad" too, 2 kids & while I was working for Revenue Canada, found out she cud have his wages
guarenteed he was under the table jobs, she went 2 court, he had a Notice to File Income Tax, & she got it all back in 1 Lump
Sum! Or you could go to the bank & see if it's still in effect?
I wish you all the best & the kids Best Good Luck!!!!!!

No, that is not right. Should you wish to fight him in court for child support or report him because he is not keeping up with his payments then this action will only come back to bite you in the A*s!
Be honest and tell him that there are 2 children that count on him to be their father even if he can not get along with you; he needs to step up and be a man.
The best thing to do is report him for failed payments. Maybe that will ignite the fire under his A*s to do something!

NO! NO! NO!
Unless you prefer jail to freedom. Your not his wife there for you have no right what so ever to use his credit card, I don't care how behind his dumb monkey a** is in child support. Take a day off from work and take your ask down to family court and file a complaint, don't be stupid, don't touch that credit card.

NO. If you have to ask to reinforce your justification, it's wrong.
First, you KNOW it's illegal to use someone else's credit card. Simply put, you shouldn't use it, don't get yourself in trouble and don't do it to "pay him back".
You should however force child support if you are taking care of the children, meaning you have to go to court and have a judge declare upon him to pay you child support.
That's the legal and safe route you should take.

I wouldn't.
You can get in a lot of trouble for that.
You need to sign for credit card...and obviously your name isn't on the card so that's fraud!
Fraud is something you don't want to mess with.
You need to take him to court and get child support. No parent should not pay it. Every child deserves a great life and that means both parents need to pay up and give them the best life possible.

I agree that you should be receiving some financial help with your children from your ex. But committing a felony by stealing and using his credit card doesn't seem the appropriate way to get it. What will happen to your children if you go to jail just because you were trying to get even? Please think this through. Right now he is committing the crime. Take him to court and have his wages attached or whatever they can do to get your money from him. Don't turn to crime yourself.

No you should not. That will get you in a mess of trouble with the IRS and other people. You dont want to go to jail! Instead you should go to court and sue him for child support.
