Are the "lumps" lumps of fur? Because if so that is normal. But you should take her to the vet. I realise it can be expensive but she may have a skin irritation or worse. You don't want to just buy any medicine when you are not certain what is wrong with her. You don't want to irritate the problem.
Good Luck!!

Some animals are allergic to flea bites, it only takes one bite to send them into allergic reaction. Take her to the vets he can give her a shot to stop the itching and then get her some Advantage flea drops, the stuff is great and works fast.

Is she a white cat? White cats are considered Albino and they have very sensitive skin and can have skin diseases where the skin can be bumpy or irritated looking. I'd say try some Tea Tree Oil on it and see how that helps, otherwise take her to the vet and see what they can suggest for treatment.

Could be a bad reaction to fleas,an allergy to something, an infection, or mange.
All these need vet treatment.

It has been a bad year for humans and animals for allergies. My baby has this problem. I put some hydro cortisone on it. It stops the itch and softens the scab up. He will lick it but don't worry. You can also take him to the vet they will have a shot for him.

I'd get her to the vet and have her checked out. It could be hot spots, an allergic reaction or she may have an injury which is painful and infected.

Take her to the vets as soon as you can, don't try to solve the problem yourself.

Please, get your kitty to the vet asap - she may have some sort of infection. Get her seen to quickly, it isn't worth taking the risk of not getting professional advice and treatment.
