Not all religions have a problem with homosexuality. Some religions are just fine with gay people -- will marry them, have denominations devoted to them, the whole nine yards.
I'm sure you'll get several Bible quotes concerning homosexuality, but I'll ask you this: do you really want to trust a book written between 3500 and 1600 years ago for tips on how to operate in the modern world? The Bible also approved the second-class status of women and the institution of slavery. Just a thought.
(As far as I'm concerned, love is love, and if God is love, God will bless and sanctify those who love. And people who say that homosexuals are incapable of love need a serious reality check.)

It is fairly simple, " be fruitful and multiply" homosexuals can't do that! But I do want to add that having premarital sex whether it is with a male or a female is wrong. If homosexuals burn forever, like you said than so will others who have had premarital sex. I am not against gays and I dont hate them but I dont believe that God intended for that to be the normal.

I think that this is because of the simple Adam and Eve setup; and, put simply, a peg doesn't fit into a peg and a hole doesn't fit into a hole. Thus, homosexual intercourse results in acts like anal sex and oral sex that are really just gross misuse of one's organs, because we know the human rectum and mouth were not meant for stuff like that. Nobody said anything about "burning forever" and I think you're being a bit too broad by saying "if they love someone," because "love" can mean a lot of things and that makes it sound like religions are contradicting themselves when they aren't. On a more largely-scaled note, if everybody decided that they were gay, then the human race would cease to exist because intercourse would not result in offspring. That's my explanation, anyway.

1 Corinthians 6:9 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders
The kingdom of God is Gods kingdom
We (christians) love the homosexual, yet want them to choose Gods way.
Most impotantly God has a promblem with homosexuality.
Revelation 21:6 And He said to me, “It is done![c] I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. 7 He who overcomes shall inherit all things,[d] and I will be his God and he shall be My son. 8 But the cowardly, unbelieving,[e] abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

Homosexuality is a sin and like all sin it is a choice. Jesus Christ died to pay the penalty for sin. If you accept that he paid the penalty for your sin and repent of it then you will go to heaven, not hell.
These are the last days and the bible talks a lot about how what's going on in these days will signify Jesus' return, as in dark exchanged for light, and light for dark, and bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter, and evil for good, and good for evil.

Religions are easily hijacked by cultures.

Love?
Insert the words "a homosexual" below where the word "love" occurs and see if it fits:
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
5 It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8 Love never fails.

Not that I believe it, but there is a *reason* it is called sodomy - i.e. after Sodom which was destroyed for that and other acts. I believe that it is also forbidden explicitly along with bestiality. On the other hand loving the same sex isn't forbidden, just sexual relations.
Sorry, not the answer you wanted.
