well, first. what kind of shampoo and stuff do you use? i myself am new to the girly hair thing, but i might be able to give you some hints. firls; don't brade it for more then a day. second; try getting a hair cut bafore going somewhere diffrent in shampoos. third; i know some names of things that could help you. pantene, sunsilk, gerners fruits, assie, treesme, herbal essence. don't use the cheep stuff like suave and vo8, their for cheep-os, weirdys, and kids. (kids naturally have better hair so they don't need anything better.) now, i have pantene and sulsilk, but i entend on getting all of those, i'm telling you this because you need to exparament with whatever of those you can aford. sunsilk and treesme are the cheepest, and they have less products. and pantene, and assie have more products. difrence is, with less products you have less options. pantene for instence; you buy the sleek and shine shampoo and contitioner. then you can decide on the rest. do you want the moisterizer, the moose, the frizz controll, the spray. whatever, you get the full thing with more products, and you get the better hair. with sunsilk, you buy the shampoo, conditioner, and the cream. and there you have it, almost as good, but cheeper. i say you should cheak out the web sites. i hope i've helped at lest a little.

Sounds crazy, but try Mayonnaise. Seriously, you will never know how soft your hair can be otherwise. If that just weirds you out, though, here're a few more home concoctions.

Also, if you're not doing so already, let your hair go a few days between washings (longer if you have very dry hair). Your scalp produces oils naturally to lubricate your hair. If you wash it every day, you strip your hair of all those good, healthy oils (trust me on this one--two of my best friends are professional hairstylists). If your hair is really dry, go as long without washing it as you (or others around you) can stand. Then, before you wash it, put in Mayonnaise for about 15 minutes, and then wash it as normal.

The new Head and Shoulders Range is well for dandruff they've seperate conditioners and shampoo, for diffrent forms of hair. Don't use the dryer to dry your hair and if you happen to do use a go away in conditioner in your hair, utilising hair merchandise could make your hair frail as good, as inflicting a buildup. If you're going to make use of straightners or curlers use a go away in conditioner as soon as once more and ensure you've got trims once or more each 6 weeks, deep situation one million time every week. Getting layers to your hair is a well notion as it's simpler to maintain it underneath manage and not more break up ends.

Waster based oil moisturizer like Profectives works to restore moisture.... I don't know how much damage you have, but if it isn't splitting and brittile, breaking off, maybe you should try hot oil treatements and deep conditioners 2x a week. Leaving braids in too long will cause your hair to fall out cause it causes stress on the parted hair. If it is beyond repair it should be cut to avoid further damage cause splits travel up the hair shaft... I wish you the best .

I know what you are going through. Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2 x day or whenever you feel the need to snack. Has 93 vitamins and minerals so hair will become long and strong. If you take acv, you never have to worry about breakage again. If possible, drink 6-8 glasses of water per day.

Did you know that braids can cause your hairline to recede?First of al you need to visit a professional at a salon and have your bad ends cut off. Then you need to get a hair treatment done. They would know the best type to use on your hair depending on the stage of damage done to your hair. After that you need to wash regularly and have a hair treatment at least every two weeks.

well, you can take a multivitamin, eat healthy, and drink lots of water to make your hair grow faster. you also need to get the damaged parts cut off. if your hair is too short, you could get it braided, but a different kind of braids. you could get cornrows, they only last 2 or 3 weeks. so you could take them out and get more hair trimmed. make sure your braids are not too tight or they can take your hair out. tell the braider you are tender-headed. and if you pressed your hair, i assume you're natural. embrace your natural hair!!!

use pantene pro-v shampoo and conditioner. they're really good products! i use them all the time. and make sure you eat veggies and fruits; you need vitamins and minerals to get healthy hair and a healthy body overall.

you could also use a hot oil treatment that you buy at pharmacies. or a vegetal based conditioner.

well first dont keep it braded that long because it will get curly and you should brush it and or comb it everyday so the oil in your hair are spred out more.
