I went from a medium/light brown hair and had full blonde highlights put in. My hair still looks way to brown. I want it to look like carrie underwood blonde. How will i acheive this?

Go to a very good hairdresser.
Even better: go to Carrie Underwood´s hair dresser!
Or... wash your hair with chamomile. It makes it shiny and clear.

Go to a hair salon and tell them you want wheat blonde hair. Wheat is a blonde (like Carrie Underwood) but not platinum or to brown. You might even be able to find this color blonde in Sally's beauty salon. Also make sure it is a wheat with neutral tones. Good luck.

I would go to a professional and take a picture of Carrie Underwood and tell them that you want your hair to look like hers. It would be be the most certain way of getting the color. If you do it at home (try doing it), it could turn out the wrong color once again and it will just fry your hair more.
Take it to the professionals.

After highlighting it I would be careful doing anything else too soon so wait awhile, just color processed hair is very fragile. Go back to a good salon and ask them if you still have any other options, bring in a good picture of her hair in the right light so they know what color you have in mind. They'll know what to do don't worry, and make sure the shampoo you're using is specially formulated for blonde or color treated hair. Good luck! :)

the hair in that picture isn't very hard to copy, depending on how thick your hair is and how good you are with a curling iron & straigtner or round brush & blow dryer it should take you between 10-30 mins. I only know how to do this with straight hair though, what i do is i first blow dry my hair to get volume & then i take my straightner and make the ends of my hair go towards my face kind of like flipping but flipping in towards your face instead, then i leave a couple of strands by my face out & curl the rest with a large barrel currling iron by wrapping it around the barrel, and i do this throught my hair, then spray it with hair spray and when the curls are no longer hot i take my fingers and seperate the curls and i have that hairstyle it only take me at the most 15 mins, but you really need to have the same cut that they do in order for your hair to look like that. and if you dont have a straightner you could use a round brush and a hair dryer to flip the ends, just take the round brush roll under and towards your face, take your blow dryer blow the hot air, let rest for about 30 sec then take out & spray it with hairspray. That type of hair cut can also be worn down straight everyday, its still cute and less time consuming. hope this helped.

well i would say if you had the money go to a hair dresser and if you dont have that kind of money go to wal-mart and get a hiar stripper kit and use it then get the color you want and put it on the stripper will make you hair orangey or really white so you might want to get a little darker shade just in case so its not too blonde
