he had emailed me and sent pictures and i would like to know if he is in Canada where he says he's at or running a scam for africa.

Well this is an interesting question. I was contacted myself on this on-line "Christian site" from this guy and he said he lived in Canada too. But he parents were from Pakistan. I wondered why Canada? i dint feel right about it from the beginning so i just let the e-mails play there way out and after a while he asked me for money for a mission his was going on. This is a scam and many people get hit with them but be polite and say no thank-you ,report the email to that site your on and leave it from there. Its hard to track e-mail because its to world wide and people from all over can contact you even on a site by someone just visiting. On-line dating sites arent places you'll find many honest people, one good site is Match.com . Chances are though if you have a funny feeling then you gut is right on target.

THey can say that they are from any place on an email check. If your relationship is just on the intternet, then just don't do it. You could do an email search but it would just show them as being from where they say on their account that they are from. Sorry if I wasn't any help.

don't fall for any scam! if he is emailing you with scams then he probably is fake.
