am really good friends with a girl whom I went to school with. I had a crush on her in high school and i told her how I felt about her and she apologized and said that she doesn't want a relationship because she was still not over her x-boyfriend. I believed her when she said that and we were still friends. Recently she moved in to the same neighborhood that i live in and she saw me and wanted to hang out and she clearly said that she missed the old days we used to go out together. we are together almost everyday and I'm starting to have those feelings for her again. It has been 3 years since high school. I have such a big crush right now and I don't know how to tell her. we are really good friends and I would hate to lose her even as a friend. I'm afraid that things between us might be awkward if she says no again and we might not be friends either. I feel like I wnna be friends with her for the rest of my life even if I can't have a relationship with her. please please please help!

It's entirely up to you. Only you can decide if you want to roll the dice on this. Because it WOULD be a roll of the dice.
You can ramp it up a bit, dress a little nicer, smell a little better, impress her a little, maybe change her view a little at a time. Show her that being your gf would be a very good thing. Man up and take a shot!
Or, keep the status quo...

I m in the same situation except my guy friend made a move on me and now I haven't heard from him and I don't know if that is bad or good, go with your gut feeling and tell her she will respect you and maybe after all this time she feels the same way as you, its been 15 years since I have been friends with my guy and I hope things work out for you the way I hope they work out for me

You should wait a little while longer, watch for signs from her. Then ask her to be more than friends, if she doesn't want to at least you know you tried. Because if you don't try and someone else gets her, you will spend your entire life asking yourself what if's.

Well if u dont want to tell her face to face write her a letter telling her how you feel, and in the letter dont forget to say if you pass my offer i would like to keep our friendship,i'll hate to loose you as a friend....like something like that, or you could tell her face to face, over a light lunch, or a dinner...etc you get the pic....just dont forget to tell her you dont want to loose her as a friend..... I wish u lots of luck
