Shrimp Fried Rice:

40 min 20 min prep
6 servings

2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 green onions with tops, chopped
3 cups cold cooked rice
1/4 lb cooked baby shrimp
3 tablespoons light soy sauce

1. Blend eggs and water; set aside.
2. Heat oil in a hot wok or large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add green onions; stir fry for 30 seconds.
4. Add egg mixture; scramble.
5. Stir in rice, gently separating grains.
6. Add shrimp and lite soy sauce; cook stiring, until throughly heated.
7. Makes 6 servings.

Shrimp Fried Rice

Chilled leftover rice finds a new use in fried rice. It goes great with any stir fry dish.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup green onions, sliced, include tops
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
1 egg, beaten
2 cups cooked rice, chilled
1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Preparation:

Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms onions and ginger, stir-fry 1 minute. Push vegetables aside, pour egg into skillet and scramble. Stir in rice, gently separating grains. Add shrimp and soy sauce, stir until thoroughly heated.

boil your rice drain then put in fry pan add shrimp and fry to your taste
