Does the right mouse click work at all? You may need a new mouse. Check your mouse settings first.

You are probably using Internet Explorer. Because of Windows Update, Microsoft has given you Internet Explorer 7. One of their "ease of use" improvements was to hide the pull-down menus. One alternative you have is to try Firefox, which makes saving your pictures from the web easier. Right click is right there, and the option to save an image is right there. And if you want to configure your web browser, the pull-down menus are right there to help you out.
Secondly, I believe it is possible to uninstall Internet Explorer 7, and go back to Internet Explorer 6. And finally, you can try to learn where everything went. See this link for a tour of Internet Explorer 7's new interface:

Assuming you're using a vanilla browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox, if you right-click on a picture and the context menu doesn't have a "Save picture as..." option, it's possible the graphic isn't a mere JPG, but a Flash file or other media file.

Best to you.
