the best way ive found is to write a HANDWRITTEN love note
and it shouldnt be just i love you
it should really express ur true inner emotions
and really take ur time with it maybe a couple days or so
and the last thing u should think of at this age is sex believe me theres a whole lotta life ahead of u if u think that ure ready for sex now just wait a few months and ure almost guaranteed that those feelings r gonna change

Do something he wants even if you dont want to
However, that is not as easy as it sounds coz he may ask for something you are not yet ready to give/offer/share.
So if that occurs tell him in a sweet way why that particular request had to be denied...if thats what you want to not do

Whatever you do, do NOT get in the sack with him. Ask him what he's interested in. If it's sex, ditch him. If it's something like going bowling or cooking for him, try that. Ask him about his favorite romantic thing. Do it for him. Also, try taking him to a pet store and play with the animals. as a guy, I love dogs, I would want someone to let me play with a dog. Also treat him nice, he'll treat you nice as well, I hope.

write him a letter. even if he lived close to you....its easier to write your feelings rather than say it in person. especially at your age where all you think about is how embarassed you could be,
just write it.
