No, it doesn't. The only things that kill germs in the body are anti-bodies in white blood cells. (leukocytes) The only thing alcohol does is get absorbed in your stomach, which is weird because most other stuff gets absorbed in your small intestines.

too much alcohol can affect different organs and evenually kill a person though
