I have a 4 year old with breath that smells like tea.?

Does anyone know why? She doesn't drink tea. Is it a symptom of something?

This tea smell, is it sweet? If her breath is usually smelling sweet or fruity it could be a symptom of high blood sugar.

she is either diabetic or eating the tea bags.
