Either RCR or Joe Gibbs Racing(I read that Tony Stewart talked to Gibbs about adding a 4th car) but everything else I have read people are saying RCR driving a red #3.

There is no doubt DEI's as a team has been stuggling over the past few years. I really beleive Jr. would like to go to RCR. I heard him mention Childress many times in the past. I'm sure RCR would have no problem adding another car for Jr. Toyota has some deep pockets and the money would be tempting, just look at what toyota spent to pry Vickers from Hendrick. Jr will stay with chevy if he moves. If Jr goes, DEI is dead and Jr would have real sucess with RCR.

Hmmm, RCR would be a logical step. I'm sure that Richard Childress would set him up in a nice black number 8. Possibly Joe Gibbs Racing, but that would take the appeal out of Jr. who i am a fan of. He would lose the tie he had to his dad that he has with DEI. Since his father raced for RCR, he would still have that connection if he raced for that organization. I don't think he would ever run the number 3 car. I thought that number was retired. I don't think that Jr. would run it anyways. The only one who will ever deserve that number is his father.

If he leaves DEI, which I don't think he will, he would most likely move to Joe Gibbs Racing. Not only would he and tony be a great combo, but they're already great friends. They have worked together in several restrictor plate races over the past few years. Also, believe it or not, there was a rumor going around that he had talked to Rick Hendrick. I'm thinking it's just a rumor though considering the All star lineup that Hendrick already has.

Lets get real....we're talking about todays "face of NASCAR"...he can go anywhere he wants. That said, I wouldn't put Rousch, Yates, or Hendricks out of the running as they seem to have the most money to throw his way and the most competitive equipment. RCR would also be a posibility. I suspect that eventually Mother Superior will give in and DEI will retain Jr.

He would go to RCR and race in the #3 car. If he did leave DEI and went anywhere beside RCR, I would be surprised.

It's most likely he will go to RCR, I don't see a reason for him to go anywhere else.
And about the if, I believe that Jr. will stay for now, if he leaves, it might be several more years before that happens.

probably to gibbs racing, him and tony are good buddies, but then mikey could lure him to toyota, cause they have a past friendship, teamates. jr will probably leave dei , cause theresa is running the company into the ground. poor dale sr, is probably turning in his grave. jr was his everthing and theresa is treating him like a floormat
