i've deleted and re- installed the program twice still nothing

I had this problem when I had to restore my computer. I know that you have deleted the program and re-installed it twice but try it again. Once you delete it from the "Add or Remove Programs" thing in the control panel, go to my computer and click on the C: Drive. This is your hard drive. You may have to click view these folders, if your computer is newer. Find the folder labeled Progam Files. Click on it and find the iTunes folder. Delete this entire folder. Now after you have done this, go to apple.com and click the itunes tab and download iTunes again. If this doesn't work, I'm not sure of what to tell you to do. I hope I could help you.

try system restore to the point it worked.
