Sweetie, these recipes are incredibly easy, and call for very few ingredients.I will give you a few recipes, and you can choose.

Recipe #1:

Easy Fried Apple Pies
You Will Need-One can of biscuits, oil,a deep pan or you can use the deep fryer if you have one,and one can of apple pie filling you can substitute whichever pie filling you prefer.

Heat the oil, while the oil is pre-heating open the biscuits.Take one biscuit at a time, and roll them out until they are thin, but there are no holes or possibilities of tearing. In the center of the rolled out biscuit, place a spoon full of pie filling.Fold one side of the biscuit, over and seal, using a fork go around the edges just to ensure it is sealed.Deep fry until light golden, remove, drain on a paper towel, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Recipe #2:

Easy Powdered Donuts
What you will need:One can of biscuits, oil, and powdered sugar.

Heat the oil, once it has heated, place biscuits three at a time(depending on the size of your pan).Flip over and make sure it cooks on both sides until golden all around.Take out of the oil, drain on paper towels, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Recipe #3:

Easy Mini Cinnamon Rolls
What you will need:One can of biscuits, sugar, cinnamon, powdered sugar and milk. You will also need butter for greasing you pan.

Grease a cookie sheet with butter, and set that aside.Roll out each biscuit. On each biscuit sprinkle liberally with cinnamon and sugar(you can mix before hand if you prefer).Roll each biscuit up tightly, and sliceabout every 2 or 3 inches. You dont want to cut as thin as you would for cookies, but not too thick as you will be baking these and they will rise. These will make "Mini" cinnamon rolls.Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake at temperature on the package of biscuits.Mix in a bowl, two cups of powdered sugar to one tablespoon of milk.Add milk by the spoonful stirring constantly, until you make a "glaze".Once the cinnamon rolls are finished while still warm, drizzle them with the glaze.(These are best).

Taking help from pre-packaged biscuits will not only save time, and be fairly inexpensive in the long run,but it will limit the mess you have to clean up.All of these are delicious, and never hesitate to take help from the store.Good luck hun,and have a good night.

maybe try brownies . think about it . just incase here is the recipe

Soft butter, for greasing the pan
Flour, for dusting the buttered pan
4 large eggs
1 cup sugar, sifted
1 cup brown sugar, sifted
8 ounces melted butter
11/4 cups cocoa, sifted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Butter and flour an 8-inch square pan.
In a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the eggs at medium speed until fluffy and light yellow. Add both sugars. Add remaining ingredients, and mix to combine.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured 8-inch square pan and bake for 45 minutes. Check for doneness with the tried-and-true toothpick method: a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan should come out clean. When it's done, remove to a rack to cool. Resist the temptation to cut into it until it's mostly cool.

Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Yield: 16 brownies

Make a giant chocolate chip cookie in like a round pan with edges. Once cooked and cooled spread with vanilla ice cream and drizzle caramel and chocolate and basically put whatever you want on it. Then you can cut it in pizza slices and VOILA!

Although I guess that is something better suited towards children. Just go with something simple like Peanut butter smartie cookies :)

Frozen Dessert:

Buy an angel food cake at the store, some frozen berries (any kind or mixed), vanilla ice cream, and whip cream. You'll also need powdered sugar (small amount) and lemon juice (small amount).

1st Defrost your berries. Then put them in a bowl with a squirt or two of lemon juice and some powdered sugar like 2 tablespoons (doesn't have to be exact). Then mush it all up until it's saucy/syrup.

2nd tear up half of the angel food cake and put it in the bottom of a cake pan. Then put vanilla ice cream on top and then half of the berry sauce. Make one more layer on top of that, the rest of the angel food cake, ice cream, and the rest of the berry sauce. Top it off with some whip cream and maybe a whole berry in the center.

Put it in the freezer for a couple hours. It tastes best when frozen.

I've taken this to potlucks and it's a big hit.
