Vitamin E is good for skin and everything, but I'm not sure it can bring your hair back from its current state. You may not want to cut your hair but if you want nice hair, you're going to have to cut the split ends off and start over. Try your best to find some other method of doing your hair; you need to prevent the damage. I myself rely on a flat iron because my hair is thick and wavy, but lately I've been letting it go natural and I get compliments on how cute it is. Good luck.

hmmmm.... well, oil is one way of doing it. however i straighten my hair almost as often as you... but maybe not quite as much, and i noticed the same thing... split ends... and who wants those right? SO anyways... you can go for herbal essence shampoo and conditioner, not everybody likes the smell, but the conditioner is excellent, especially the shampoo that is made for long, hair... long and strong... i think. but really any scent that you like will work. what i do, and i have nice hair if i do say so myself... (no more spit ends either) is wash with shampoo, rinse, then use conditioner... i let it sit (i put it all over (not too much at the scalp, mostly at the ends)) and let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes... then rinse. your hair will become very soft. also a treaterfor your hair is a good idea... something to squirt on to protect your hair from heat.

you may wish to think about getting your hair trimmed, because you cant heal split ends, you can only ensure you dont get them anymore.

good luck!

Nourish you hair from within by taking 2 tbls. of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. You can even use acv for a hair rinse. Will stabilize your hair. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Cures acne. Take away arthritic pain. So many uses. Read the apple cider vinegar web. Nails grow long and strong too. Also, drink 6-8 glass of water during the day.
