This is a pretty long time for nothing to happen. I'd call your local 24 hour vet clinic and get some advice. I don't remember my dogs labor lasting so long.

It's always best to call your vet. I helped my mother Chi. have 2 litters of pups and each was different. Just remember any advice you get is not the sure answer since every birth is different. From what my mothers vet told us is that if she goes a certain amount of time with out giving birth to bring her in. same for the time between pups. I always broke the water sack and helped clean the pup to help the mother rest more, but let her chew the cord, If a pup was stuck i helped pull when she was contracting(never pull when she's not it can hurt her), BUT PLEASE consult your vet on any problems or on any issue for this subject, you can never tell what happens so keep the phone by. Sorry this was so long. PLus feed her puppy food until the pups are on solids, she needs the extra nutrition

When we had puppies, she did the same thing. I noticed she was having the same symptoms that your dog is around 7A.M., and didn't start having puppies till around 3A.M. the next morning. She had quite a few complications, and we ended up taking her to the vet that afternoon. I would keep an eye on her, and if you get nothing by the morning phone your regular vet. Just remember that is isn't finished giving birth, until the afterbirth drops.

I agree, my dog was only in labor for around 7 hours before she started spitting out her puppies. Better to error on the safe side!

Go to the vet or at least call one and give a detailed description of what is going on so that a professional can advise you properly.

Thats a long time for her to be in labor, Maybe you should take her to the vet now. The pups could die inside her and then she could die.

If you don't know, why are you breeding? Please take that poor thing to an ER vet, 15 hours is a long time.
