you can say things about the president witch is the one person i hate but you cant say anything about a soldier unless you talk to one your self ............i just want to know is it ok to hate bush but not the war or its fighting soldiers?

It's pointless to hate somebody for reasons you don't understand.
This is the great tragedy of the right-wing movement - it is the great mindless brainwashed mass moving as one without independent thought. Don't be like them.
If you've got issues with something that happened in the Gulf War, that was Bush Sr. Bush Jr. has enough issues of his own without blaming him for the sins of his father (which are also numerous).

Sweetheart, I thought I hated Bush. Before my son went into the marines I didn't pay much attention to politics. I cried on 911 and was mad that we allowed this to happen to us ( I thought after the movie "Red Dawn" the people that are supposed to be taking care of us, would) but that's what I get for being a "ignorant American". 911 opened my eyes. I thought I hated Bush because my son was going to Iraq and fight for Bush. But I don't hate Bush, I feel sorry for him. He'll get his comings up in Heaven or Hell when he has to answer for the things he's doing.

OK, you're hating Bush for your father getting shot in a war that he wasn't involved in? I don't follow that logic. Should I be ticked off because your father didn't kill Saddam the first time? No and for that token, you shouldn't be mad at this Bush when it was his father that put us in Desert Storm.
Oh and BTW, I was in the Marines. I'm sorry your father got shot but that's what we are in the military for, to keep people like Saddam from spreading their terror all over the world. How would you like to be one of the people Saddam killed?
These people can give me all the thumbs down they want I don't care but I can tell you that not a one of them ever served in the military!

I dont think you should use the word hate about a man that you new met. You can dislike the things that he does and says. but hate is a very strong word. Yes its ok to not like the man but dont dislike the soldiers that follow that man. They have no choice. Soldiers give up their constitutional rights to protect the rights of all US citizens. No matter what those citizens views are.

theres nothing wrong with it... i hate him because he looks stupid and always has a wierd smerk on his face and it takes him 30 minutes to explane something that would take a normal person 5 minutes to explane
