well i am 13 to and i got my boyfriend a heart shaped box that was red and i put those little heart candies in it(i can't think of what there called) then i decorated it with stickers like saying i love you and kiss me and other things. then i made him a card on the computer and decorated it with stickers!!!

I would say something small.
treat him to a meal or a dessert somewhere, nothing extravagant.
its not the price but the gesture that counts.
